My favorite food

 In my family it is customary to prepare potato pie for special occasions when we share with our closest ones. this one is prepared by my mother and i think that is why it is one of my favorite meals, besides representing a moment of union. it consists of a savory pie and is prepared with two layers of mashed potatoes with an intermediate layer of ground meat, where the top layer of mashed potatoes has grilled cheese.

This particular meal does not affect my health in a negative way, because we prepare it on special occasions and it is not considered junk food, since it is prepared with natural ingredients, besides, it can be adapted for vegetarians, so it seems to me a very versatile dish.

That is why I recommend that you try it and implement it in your menus, whether for special occasions, everyday or meetings with friends.

My favourite piece of technology

 

In my daily life I implement the use of technological devices for the needs of today's world, because if it were for me and it was profitable I would not spend so much of my time to use them daily and invest that time in other things, however it is noteworthy that technology has opened the doors of knowledge to new generations, the possibilities of investment, studies, entertainment, are endless and necessary to move in a world that increasingly updates its technology and becomes even more dependent on this.

This is why I can say that one of my favorite technological objects are tablets, as they fulfill the function of being a cell phone, a computer and a graphic tablet, so I can carry out studies, projects, work or use it as entertainment to watch series, talk with friends, play, read, draw, etc. and it is very portable. 

I recommend it, because if it had not been invented, university life would be a little more tedious having to carry a pc with cables or other more complex devices.

why i choose my major?

 

I study forestry engineering and the reason for this choice is based on the postponement of one of my dreams, since my idea since I was a child was to act in horror movies, so the idea of studying film or theater remained present during most of my adolescence, until the time came to choose how the future would be and that's when I decided to go to the university's application fair to learn more about the careers, this defined my choice and allows me to have a basis to then be able to continue my dream.

Today I do not regret my choice, since my time at the U has been one of the best experiences in my life so far, where I have met very important people for me and that have contributed to make this path more enjoyable.

 Hello everyone, I am Elian Gonzalez, I am 19 years old, I am from santiago de chile, where I live with my mother. I studied my basics at boston college and I am currently studying forest engineering at the university of chile, in addition to other completed studies, such as studying for a year in a modeling academy.

I am an only child of separated parents, however my grandparents have been great pillars in my formation as a person and I think I owe a lot to them and my mother.

My hobbies are currently based on listening to music, watching series, movies, training and going out to places related to my passions which are; art, fashion, music, green places and everything that disconnects you from reality for a while.
